Our firm is based in Denver near City Park and has served employers and enrollees across the United States for nearly 30 years.
Starting Salary: $35,000 - 37,000 (paid hourly) based on experience
Hours: Mon-Thurs 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. , Fri 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. MST

The Accounts Reciebles Clerk plays an important role in tracking premium payments and CobraHelp customer payments. Records payments to customer and participant accounts, maintains accurate accounts receivable records, reconciles accounts, facilitates collections letters on past due accounts, and provides general operations support by performing the following duties.
Background and Qualifications:
The A/R Clerk should have a minimum of 2 years experience in banking, basic accounting, and insurance or benefits related experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will be versed in Quickbooks Enterprise accounting software, familiar with Excel reports for accounting purposes, and have the ability to thoroughly read and analyze bank statements.
The idea candidate will have excellent attention to detail, good communication skills (both verbal and written), and the ability to juggle multiple job duties and meet strict deadlines.
The A/R Clerk must have excellent analytical skills and must demonstrate a team player and goal oriented attitude. Professional office experience a must. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to work independently as well as within a team and must be able to handle difficult situations pertaining to collectiong past due funds on outstanding accounts.
Must have Bachelors Degree in business, accounting, administration, or relevent degree directly pertaining to afforementioned duties.
